It depends on a lot of things, such as if you slobber everywhere, if you have good breath, if you taste good, if you nibble on their lips (some people like that), if you are aggressive enough, if you let your hands wander or if you just leave them to your side, and more.

It's all in the passion.
But like Elektrisk said, there's different factors in being a good kisser. Make sure your breath is good (chew some fresh, minty gum before), try not to slobber all over the other person's face, and try not to attack their mouth with yours.

Everyone has a different opinion on what defines a person as a good kisser. I believe the passion has pretty much everything to do with it. Elektrisk pretty much summed that one up for you, in a nutshell.
