I want to make it a nice blog that all kind of people will register and discuss many things .
I need a person to help me , i'll make him admin but he must have these requirement :

If you want anyone to actually consider your proposal then your going to need to explain what you can contribute to the project. Anyone with the skills you require could easily make their own blog without your involvement, not to mention that you yourself don't meet any of your requirements.
