Nice video, I had never heard of dreamscene until recently. I think it was only on Vista, anyway i patched my Win7 and have it on this now.

I think Dreamscene was only activated on Vista Ultimate so Microsoft could try and get more money.

If any of you are wary of the links the OP has provided, follow these instructions to install DreamScene via Windows Updates. This will only work on Vista Ultimate.

I believe that'll only work for Windows Vista Ultimate. This tutorial is for patching it into lower versions like Home Premium.
