This can be anything, really.

What helps you:
Get Motivated
Feel better
Get your mind off things
etc

I look at the pro/con of things, and look at them at an extreme to motivate me to get something done.
"Why should I even bother posting on this forum?"
"Cause Omni might die and leave me in his will, duh."

Now, that's not a real-time example of something for me, but its along the lines of something I would use.

I like to scream in my pillow sometimes, No but seriously going to gym and working out helps me releive stress.

Music! Get some of them Hardstyle beats banging. Or, if you're stressed about an assignment or work, it's best to get straight into it. It's not as bad once you're doing it - the initial procrastination needs to become overtaken.

I'd have to agree. Music is something that helps me calm down. Something to get me motivated? I guess reviewing the positive of things instead of the negative. Smile
