I need an Idea on what kind of website to make. Preferably not a forum idea. I wanted to graphics but I found that too hard. I want something that like in 6-12 months time, it can be popular.

How about a dating site? I thought of doing this at one stage. You can get some free scripts. I know with dating sites i sign up to more than one and so do most people, you could also make money from it if you're successful and dedicated.

Adult enterainment of any kind should be a great success.
Like porn, chat, dating sites etc.

Maybe you can start out by aggregating content from those blogs and eventually choose a niche for original content.
