If you have the pic save don your pc go to http://tinypic.com/. Select the picture (with the browse button). Open and upload the pic, then copy the code with the "[img][/img]" things.
Past it here, and you got your pic

Er, you have to upload it to a image host to be able to post it. At the moment I belive it's still on your computer:
