Hello,
I recently, opened a forum, http://administrationforum.net/. This forum is Business, and Administration related. By posting, your earn "Biz-Bucks" which can be used to download resources.
The stats after exactly (41) days are:

Now, I am starting to see a decline in member joining rate, and a slight (Literally, SLIGHT) decline in posting. I am looking for tips on how to improve both of these.
I already have 3 competitions going on, so if you have any ideas, they are greatly appreciated.
