Hello,
I was just wondering, can you make a money transfer from an unverified PayPal to a verified AlertPay account?
because, PayPal doesn't support my country but alertpay does, And all moneymaking website mostly supports PayPal, so, is it possible?

If you have an unverified Paypal account you won't be able to send money so no,it's impossible unless you verify it.

No it's impossible. You must get your paypal account verified first.
