CPU LAPPING - 4u111 - 02-02-2010
Hey all,
I was wondering if lapping a cpu is safe to do? I've noticed too many people do so, and if this is actually safe and efficient to reduce CPU heat, why Intel Engineers wouldnot change the design of CPU's so it can be flat and absorb more heat?
