We switched to Allwebhost.com stable servers after having enough of the downtime with our old hosts. From our time with them I have nothing but high praise indeed.

Very nice host. Before I had actual hosting with them, I was hosted on a friend's account, and it was nice. No problems with Allwebhost.com so far.
When functioning it's great - part of their technical support is quick and good, and their prices are unbeatable. Like their dedicated hosting packages.

Accounts from planethoster.com and hostsailor.com are worth trying.
