If I were you I would consider as many as possible providers to make good choice. I recommend adding hostingsource.com, kvchosting.net into your list of considerations.

Have a look at VPS accounts from time-tested companies: hostingsource.com (the VPS promo is $5 for the first month for all VPS plans) and scalahosting.com.
Not to mention the support has been phenomenal, they are helpful and listen to any question even if they think it's silly.
