Personally I wouldn't buy it. Opening yourself up to legal problems.
I'd say probably $15-$20 at best. Is it developed at all?

It's a reg fee domain. If you can sell it for $10 then do it.

Yeah but anyone could register a domain that is just as good for $10, therefore its only worth $10 regardless of what you spent. That's the way it works unfortunately.
