As an alternative, try considering cloudarion.com website hosting deals.
Their support is tip-top. Although the response time is not as fast as my previous host, I have no complaint either.

Want to say that avansit.com is not the only company which is able to satisfy all your needs, I mean hosting.uk as plans are full-featured and prices are competitive.
Real 15 minutes qualified technical support is available from them.
They are fast and quality and I like having deals with these hosts.
