Swiss VPS from swissnode.ch and Netherlands VPS from hostround.com are rather enticing for me and I don't know which one should I try to host a forum? What do you think?

I do believe legionbox.com plans are worth trying.
Full service hosting provider. Great prices, great support, plenty of tools to accomplish almost anything. They make maintaining my site very easy.

I consider Hostplay.com to be the best option for getting offshore hosting in Europe.
Just settle for a reliable host that charges a reasonably high rate and offers good service..

Libertyvps.net and rockhoster.com are the most reliable hosting companies.
Each virtual server can run its own full-fledged operating system, and each server can be independently rebooted.

I've had my website with 3v-host.com EU web host for a number of years. It's solid as far as being up and running at all times.
I love the prices. The server was down for about 15 minutes one month. That's pretty good up time!
