As an alternative, take your time to look at exmasters.com vps hosting accounts. So far, you will experience great network uptime, and the servers will be fast.

Check qhoster.com - they have both Windows and linux and they have up to 30 server locations. I'm sure with them you will be able to find your VPS.

Give Rockhoster.com and their Netherlands vps a try.
Pricing is quite normal according to what you get. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their hosting.

I would recommend Libertyvps.net Netherlands offshore servers to anyone needing a website for personal use or any business.
