Screen suddenly not working - Cassie1234 - 09-22-2014
My netbook was glitching, so I turned it off. When I tried to turn it back on it wouldn't come on. Even after I left it to charge all day. Then a few days ago I dropped it. Is there a place I can go to get it fixed?

assigning the PC a static address (which I am not sure would work either) I cannot see why the internet is not active and I am not sure what else I can try.
Device manager is showing devices are working correctly and when I link speed diagnostic on the adaptor is shows cable and devices are all passed.
