My suggestion:
Members can submit some kind of tutorial on youtube advertising supportforums(Like on Hackforums). Maybe for some sort of prize.
Why:
Simple. We need more members

We DONT need users.. Users will come if/when they want too. If all you think about is users then it won't work.
AS for the video contest, I'm planning on making some Videos, but i wouldn't say that I'd make them for a contest I would just enjoy doing them.
