Well whenever I update a file, either directly from cPanel or FTP, it takes about 30 minutes to update on site.
My host is Hosting24

I can only understand its a cache on your browser that you think it delays that much?, I do not see anything else to update a file that long.

Are you uploading a static page such as HTML or a dynamic page (ASP, PHP etc.) ? If it is a static page, then it is most probably your browser. If it is a dynamic page, it's best to ask your host. GL

it shouldn't delay that much, you need to ask your host regarding this if you are sure you got a good internet connectivity and your end is fine.
