I just found an amazing thing that makes you can send messages in Steam while you are in offline mode Simply follow 4 simple steps 1. Click the "Offline" button 2. Click the "List Friends" button and select a friend (It's amazing because you can send messages to friends who are in offline mode (but not disconected) 3. Write your message 4.
