Just login the File Manager, and I believe you put the plugin in "inc"

Go into your FTP and log in.
You may already be in the root or you may have to go into the HTML folder.
As for installing plugins, I think they're put into the "inc" folder but you can Google how to do that.
I'm no expert, but I think that's how you do it.
