What country would you happen to be logging in from, or are you using a VPN/Proxy?
Im led to believe Omni Blocks certain countries and He tries to block most of the VPN/Proxies...

IP blocked. Vpn is also blocked, most of the proxies and VPNs are blocked.

Some web proxies aren't blocked, but I myself am firewalled from HF and It's a pain finding a good proxy.

OP is firewalled, and if you get firewalled you can't access the Contact form.
OP I suggest you google some fresh proxies and you'll be able to access. Do it on your risk, don't tell me if your account gets merged with some random guy.
