Sleep disorders? - Socrates - 11-05-2009

Is there any type of sleep disorder that makes people sleep to hard?

You mean too deep and too long?
I doubt that, but I'll look it up.

If it is really disrupting your everyday life e.g. Being late for work/school/meetings, you should go and see a Sleep Therapist.

Hope this helps and good luck.

Just go and speak to your GP/Doctor if you are worried.

Sleep to hard? Last time I checked you not supposed to be getting more than 10 hours a day but more than 8 depending on your age. And no, I do not think I'm aware of any.
