My Dream Computer Setup - BreShiE - 03-09-2012 For those who don't know, I'm currently looking around for a computer setup, so I've just thrown a few things together and decided what I want: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/COMPUTER-DESK-Black-Office-Furniture-Table-NEW-PC-14g-/350451749708?pt=UK_Home_Garden_HomeOfficeFurniture_SM&hash=item51988d534c#ht_3041wt_1185 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Leather-Executive-Office-Computer-Swivel-Chair-Black-/270915983063?pt=UK_BOI_Office_Equipment_Supplies_Office_Furniture_ET&hash=item3f13d9d6d7#ht_1302wt_1185 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Powerful-Dell-Desktop-pc-computer-Core-2-duo-4GB-Ram-DVD-RW-Dual-Dispaly-/190643215054?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopPCs&hash=item2c63389ace#ht_3779wt_1185 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Razer-Black-Widow-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard-BlackWidow-FREE-1st-CLASS-SHIPPING-/300660587741?pt=UK_Computing_ComputerComponents_KeyboardsMice&hash=item4600c47cdd#ht_1603wt_952 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Razer-Orochi-Black-Chrome-Edition-4000DPI-Bluetooth-Laser-Wireless-Gaming-Mouse-/160660762247?pt=UK_Computing_ComputerComponents_KeyboardsMice&hash=item256820ae87 Total Price = £445.87 Wow, that's depressing. As I only get £53 a week. Damn. Oh well, get little bits at a time. RE: My Dream Computer Setup - Sam - 03-09-2012 You can find all the PC components cheaper, with better bundle deals. Also I wouldn't recommend spending this small amount of money. If you're going to do it then do it properly. Budget at least £900-1000, make it so you'll be able to support whatever you'll need I.E games for the next few years. Look at sites like NovaTech (UK) and look for hardware bundles, heck even buy the components individually and build the PC yourself, that will knock even more of the price. It's worth waiting for, save up and you won't regret it. On a side note, one of my laptops has 8GB DDR3 RAM/1TB HDD, this desktop PC you linked to is pretty basic, a laptop could probably out do it. Not trying to offend you, but put away money every week and like I said you won't regret it. RE: My Dream Computer Setup - BreShiE - 03-09-2012 My problem is saving though, never been good at it. That's's why I tried to keep it as cheap as possible. Next thursday I'm getting that workstation/desk though. RE: My Dream Computer Setup - Gootch - 03-09-2012 This is funny. You should just build a custom PC you would get a better PC for cheap. RE: My Dream Computer Setup - Renowned - 03-09-2012 That computer is not very good at all, extremely outdated. RE: My Dream Computer Setup - BreShiE - 03-10-2012 I never said it was good, I msy not even be getting a PC at all. It was just one to show you. This post isn't about the PC, it's just how everything would go together. RE: My Dream Computer Setup - ImFocuzz - 03-10-2012 I am going to build a computer one of these days. Just don't make the income though :/. RE: My Dream Computer Setup - Existence - 03-10-2012 Looks very nice, I have a decent setup as of now but it still needs improvements. RE: My Dream Computer Setup - Ŧг๏zєภקlคร๓ค - 04-16-2012 Build a computer instead of buying one pre-built. It will save you lots of money. |
