Port Forwarding - Untitled - 02-25-2012 Yep, that problem. I've never been able to successfully open a port except maybe once or twice. I follow all the guides for my router (TrendNET TEW 452BRP) it's a pretty bad router, but it works. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or if I'm doing something wrong. Screenies below. RE: Port Forwarding - DAMINKā¢ - 02-25-2012 What exactly is the problem? Do you have a domain name pointing to your external ip? How are you testing this to see if its working? RE: Port Forwarding - BreShiE - 02-26-2012 To me it looks like you're not defining the protocol, it should be "UDP & TCP". But that's all I can see from the pics. RE: Port Forwarding - [M] - 03-02-2012 What I can see is, instead of forwarding the port to your static IP you're just leaving it empty? Like from the "Access" pic, the "Custom" port forward is the only one I can tell is working? RE: Port Forwarding - brendanle78 - 03-25-2012 Have you tried to disable your firewall? That could be the problem. |
