You can request one in the "Graphic Design and Tutorials" section.
To add a signature go to 'user cp' at the top of the page and click on 'change signature' in the left side of the page.

Alternatively you could make one yourself using the following links provided.

Graphics software: Gimp
Free fonts: Dafont
Installing fonts in gimp: Tutorial

Or you could make a signature yourself in Photoshop.
