Sometimes people try looking for a reason to do something more than they should be taking the time to actually do it. For some, it's a reason to prevent having to take the energy to change, and for others, it's because they don't feel like changing because it's outside of their comfort zone to have to change. My advice, just do something about it.
You control your own outcomes here, regardless of what inspirations you have or external influences that you may thing affect you.
Truth is, you don't need to rely on anybody but yourself, you just need to decide for yourself whether you're going to try or not.

Is watching porn and cursing making you feel you are becoming someone you promised yourself you wouldn't? To be honest, lusting after girls, watching porn and cursing really isn't all that bad. It seems as if there may be something more behind you feeling like you're a terrible human and losing interest in the things you like. Lusting after girls is natural, you don't have to fight the urge, just control your actions. Spend more time doing things you like that are in line with your moral and spiritual views, and focus your energy and efforts on doing things you WANT to do (that aren't self-destructive) and help others. Whenever you feel tempted, instead of doing something that you know will make you feel worse, make the choice to do something that will make you or someone else feel better.

Stop disgusting habbit's stop looking at girl's at a lust away and go enjoy your life it's not that hard to get off your chair you only live once do everything you want to do and you'l start enjoying life when you go to the outside world.
