I restarted my computer, now it says i'm in offline mode. I've tried to restart in actual offline mode, unplugging my router, and many other useless attempts to fix it. Now, i'm getting the impression other people have this problem... If you know how to fix this please tell me how unless everyone is having this issue.

It's not just you, Steam has a lot of issues, especially lately. I think it's been offline most of the day. Just wait it out.

It's back online now, it gets annoying after a while :/.

Yes I had this problem aswell, it was just a general problem with steam for the time being. I waited it out and mine seems to be working 100% right now. If you have any other issues with steam you can pm me I could probably help you.
