Welcome to Support Forums. Yes, it is possible to change your signature. User CP > Edit Signature.

Welcome to Support Forums.
In regards to changing your signature it appears you need more than 30 posts (I can't use a signature yet either) and I couldn't find anything regarding this in the help documents.

The requirements have recently changed during the upgrade of our MyBB software.
