Very crappy and stupid no affects just text, this is the only thing i no how to do. Got any other things i can make happen?

Lol. Nice
You can change the colour of the whole thing or just smaller parts. You can transform ( in size, rotation ... ) things such as text, renders etc. Play with the opacity to make the text slowly fade in/out.

I think it's pretty damn good for your first attempt.. Couldn't you use a render and do the same type of thing? Sorry if that's a daft question, i've never done graphics before.

Yeah, it's a shitload of work in Photoshop. I suggest using another program. Flash or even After Effects would do.
