Egg Advice. - Drakee - 10-31-2011

I am on a diet to lose weight. I have porridge for breakfast and i am fine with this, but Im starving 4 hours later. What breakfast is low calorie that will keep me full till lunch? I know eggs, for breakie are good, but I am not sure about eating them if you suffer from Rosacea. Thanks.

You should eat 3-4 piece of bread with 1 egg and drink 1 glass of fresh juice in your breakfast. It is best breakfast for the health and also give the energy to your body.

Try to take some fruits along with your breakfast or after having your break fast.I would suggest banana Smile

Cereal with a banana should nearly fill you up for a while. Eating a very large breakfast is much better than avoiding breakfast period. Eat what you want, but you'll have to burn the calories. Think of it this way: 1 pound = 3200 calories. You might want to eat half of that if you're a big guy. I'd suggest eating a muffin, cereal, milk & an apple for breakfast for an average body size. Those food choices are both healthy and low on calories. Add some yogurt into it if you'd like, too.
Good luck.

Also, whenever you get hungry, drink 2 glasses of water, because most of the time when you're hungry, you're actually thirsty.
Or some crap like that.
