Egg Advice. - Drakee - 10-31-2011 I am on a diet to lose weight. I have porridge for breakfast and i am fine with this, but Im starving 4 hours later. What breakfast is low calorie that will keep me full till lunch? I know eggs, for breakie are good, but I am not sure about eating them if you suffer from Rosacea. Thanks. hillsboro personal trainer RE: Egg Advice. - Arnold - 11-01-2011 You should eat 3-4 piece of bread with 1 egg and drink 1 glass of fresh juice in your breakfast. It is best breakfast for the health and also give the energy to your body. RE: Egg Advice. - Prince - 11-01-2011 Try to take some fruits along with your breakfast or after having your break fast.I would suggest banana RE: Egg Advice. - JakeUS - 11-01-2011 Try plain salad,it will taste horrible but its 100% healthy. RE: Egg Advice. - Represent - 11-01-2011 Cereal with a banana should nearly fill you up for a while. Eating a very large breakfast is much better than avoiding breakfast period. Eat what you want, but you'll have to burn the calories. Think of it this way: 1 pound = 3200 calories. You might want to eat half of that if you're a big guy. I'd suggest eating a muffin, cereal, milk & an apple for breakfast for an average body size. Those food choices are both healthy and low on calories. Add some yogurt into it if you'd like, too. Good luck. RE: Egg Advice. - Nexum - 11-01-2011 Also, whenever you get hungry, drink 2 glasses of water, because most of the time when you're hungry, you're actually thirsty. Or some crap like that. |
