Well, i have a warez site, but not many members.
i see a lot of potential in it, but no-one knows about it.
how will i get loads of active members quickly??

For a warez site you will have more difficulty promoting it but it's not impossible.
Start by joining social networking sites and creating profiles with links to your site. Facebook, Blogger, Twitter, and even MySpace can be a good starting point.
Next find warez forums that allow you to have a signature to your site. Or at least a profile link which is part of most forum software. Start setting up accounts. Make a couple posts in relevent topics to your content.
What you want is a mix of SEO and marketing.
