Okay, so I upgraded my account and before I did.. I was reading what I got.. and it said "INSTANT ACCESS TO PREMIUM DOWNLOADS"
I upgraded it 6-7 hours ago and I still am a regular member -_-

I believe it means Instant Access after you're upgraded.
