New forum in coding support - Batch ,Shell, Dos and Command Line Interpreters - Cyber-Security - 07-12-2011 It would be awesome if we had a Batch ,Shell, Dos and Command Line Interpreters forum in the Coding Support section. What do you guys think? A lot of people have trouble with batch. RE: New forum in coding support - Batch ,Shell, Dos and Command Line Interpreters - Omniscient - 07-14-2011 Mmm....not sure about that. RE: New forum in coding support - Batch ,Shell, Dos and Command Line Interpreters - Justin - 07-14-2011 I'm not very knowledgeable about those topics. However if it's a big topic, i'm sure you could get a forum combining them. RE: New forum in coding support - Batch ,Shell, Dos and Command Line Interpreters - Sam - 07-14-2011 I know allot about this, however how active would it be? RE: New forum in coding support - Batch ,Shell, Dos and Command Line Interpreters - Jacko - 07-14-2011 Sounds like a good Idea, but it would have to be active. RE: New forum in coding support - Batch ,Shell, Dos and Command Line Interpreters - AceInfinity - 07-14-2011 I suggested this a long time ago, but as Omni told me previously, I don't think it would be as active. It's useful in a lot of cases, but more people are interested in VB and other languages like that. Perl barely gets any action, although it's a great language, there's merely any posts to do much good on keeping that section very active. RE: New forum in coding support - Batch ,Shell, Dos and Command Line Interpreters - Fragma - 07-14-2011 Yes, as others stated, I really don't think that it would be an active section. VB.Net is probably the most popular coding section, and even that isn't incredibly active. I think it's definitely something worth considering for the future though. RE: New forum in coding support - Batch ,Shell, Dos and Command Line Interpreters - VIRUZ™ - 07-15-2011 Sounds like a pretty cool idea I love coding RE: New forum in coding support - Batch ,Shell, Dos and Command Line Interpreters - Witch - 07-16-2011 Nah. |
