I just restore my computer 2 days ago.I haven't downloaded nothing randomly.
I know how to protect myself from giving a virus. I don't download a random crap off the Internet. Every time I'm getting this random file popping up and I don't know what it is.I just wanted to post this to see if anyone had this file popping up?Could it be I'm Ratted and someone is trying to do an install on me?Also, I don't even have Internet Explorer installed.

If you did a full system restore, your PC is like new so files shouldnt be popping up like that.
