Advice About My Weight - INC3PT!0N™ - 06-13-2011 Hey SF, I have a problem with my wieght and its been an issue since i was about 13 and im now 19, im around 6ft and weight just under 9 stone which isnt good, im quite thin, i try to press ups and sit ups each day in a routine, but it doesnt really help it will just give me tone etc. What would be the best things to eat etc to achieve 11 stone. After you lift flood your body with protein (Protein shakes, meats, peanuts) This will get you bigger forsure. |
