Battlefield Bad Company 2,
Assassins Creed: Brotherhood,
Red Dead Redemption.

If you have a good temper I'd suggest Call of Duty Modern Warfare 1 & 2.
Assassins Creed Brotherhood is also excellent, but not the best.

Dead Nation looks so boring though.
