[Poem] I'm Here - BlackChaos - 05-27-2011
Reach for my hand, its held out for you.
Nobody is perfect and that means us too.
Everyone makes mistakes, that much is true.
What makes you special, is beginning a new.
What changes we go through are there all the time
What thoughts we think of, remains as a sign,
A mark of humanity, A beacon of hope.
They're there to guide you, to help you cope.
You used to brave the world all on your own,
Courage that you've had, kindness you've shown.
Forever you walk, walk down the road.
But I won't let you go at it alone.
Reach for my hand, because its held out for you.
My shoulders are strong, but you can lean on them too.
No need to cry, I'll be there for you.
Hope you understand its true.
