I like the concept, but I'm not so sure about the text and the glow around it.

The icon of Earth doesn't fit right. And I don't like the minimize, maximize, and close buttons you have. Same with open and save. I suggest having text under the open/save and replacing the m, m, and c.

Open & Save buttons are just examples. It could be replaced with your standard menu bar.
I actually really like the minimize, maximize & close buttons but I suppose that's down to personal preference.
And again the Earth icon is replaceable.
I was looking more for feedback on the actual theme & controls that I made, rather than the stuff I didn't make, but added.

Yeh, the glow will be edited a bit.
What I'll do is keep the glow on for titles, and for ordinary text, it will just be plain white with no glow.

Which part are you referring to? Most of it's just layer styles, gradients & patterns.
