A NES game recently came out based on this game.
I'm not kidding. The newest NES game in 15 years.
It's called Battle Kid: Fortress of Peril.
I watched a speedrun of it. It looks hard

I got stuck on the spiked wall portion of the Kirby level because I suck at walljumping. I pretty much just killed everyone I know and now I'm in an insane asylum because I wanted to be the guy.

You CAN actually order a cart for your NES,
but most people just download the ROM.
The speedrun I saw was a tool-assisted-run on an emulator.
