Generally you can't build a processor.

Are you looking to build a computer and then assemble it?

There are a number of guides in the section, many of them by Deltron and myself. Read up on those and you should learn everything you need to know.

You can't install a dual core processor without the correct motherboard for start.

And yeah, you need right Motherboard to run it propely.

Just remember. You'll need to make sure all of your parts are compatible.
