Can someone teach me how to remove paypal account from limitation? Because my paypal got limited and theres some money in it. Sad

I give my ID, changed the password, changed the security question and my ID is when I'm on 2nd year high school and they emailed me. The title saying. "PayPal Appeal Denied" Sad
