if you are useing google chrome if you are at my website home page and click the wrench tools..... and go to JavaScript Console
says...

Validate your site . It may be the first part of the solution. Use the W3C validator.

Try what Omniscient said, if that's not fixing the problem either switch your host or tell the users to use Mozilla
