You can't call it a ghost sighting if you don't have a clue. Obviously the person in the video even admitted to that.
If I was to be skeptical it could have been smoke from somewhere too. Or a reflection from a mirror. The camera was moving at the time, maybe they had some chrome stands supporting the camera that made the lighter flash go across the screen. I'm just raising some ideas here.
