First thing is that the browse button needs to be changed to fit the black box, apart from that it looks quit good, loading times are a tad slow, may just be me.

1. How secure is your script and did you make it?
2. The colors are bad.
3. First thing about a image hosting site, is speed and simplicity. You need a faster server.

It really needs a more simplistic & professional looking design. Have a little look at other image hosting sites for some ideas.

It would also be better if you added multiple image uploading instead of one at a time.
