P90X - HakkuR* - 03-18-2011 Anyone ever try it? RE: P90X - Deltron - 03-18-2011 Yes. It's a very difficult task. You will see results if you follow the routine accordingly. RE: P90X - HakkuR* - 03-18-2011 Yea im kinda thinking to do it. RE: P90X - RDCA - 03-18-2011 That is some brutal stuff. I was over at my friends house and we were bored so we started to do it, like 10 minutes in or so i got really sick and was about to pass out. I know i am kind of chubby, but i am really tall and can bench about 120. I know thats not a lot to all you internet tough guys. RE: P90X - Cybr - 03-18-2011 I do it, but not consistently enough. My brother does it too, and now he's pretty buff. He's 19, and he does it to get ready for the Air Force. RE: P90X - Swat Runs Train - 03-18-2011 I'm all about them weights man, P90x is more for tone. RE: P90X - iceybunneh - 03-18-2011 What is it, exactly? One of my friends did it and got in shape nicely and I've seen it on my facebook wall feed a few times, but I'm still kind of confused o_o RE: P90X - Mous - 03-18-2011 Results, yes. Unnecessary, double yes. You can get better results by doing weight training, more specific ones as well. RE: P90X - HakkuR* - 03-19-2011 iceybunneh I dont think you survive the P90X lol. RE: P90X - SleepyTroll - 03-19-2011 I've been doing it for about a month now. Have lost 13 lbs. Also thats 13lbs without following the routine strictly and slacking off. I'm also a quite heavy man. 300 lbs atm. |
