Okay, I don't know what these are called, but on HF, how they have the extra tabs for the different forum sections
(General topics, Hacking, Coding, etc)
How do I implement those on MyBB?

You have to purchase membership over at http://www.mybbcentral.com
The plug-in is available there, along with a bunch of other stuff you will no doubt find useful. It's worth buying it trust me.
