Peer guardian alternative = peer block - soulscore - 10-16-2009
found this on reddit.com the other day looks just like peer guardian and it works for windows 7 64 bit i use it when im torrenting.

Look's good... I have used Peer Guardian when i had XP, but with Vista it never really worked for me, and look's like Peer Block is the answer for Win7...
