You can do it using solely HTML if you want. You'll need some basic knowledge of it though... You need some hosting, a domain, and coding knowledge.

The only domains you can get for free are .co.cc, .co.nr, .tk and a few others.

Yeah, don't fall for sites offering free .info domains or something. In the end, it's too much work and far cheaper to just buy a domain. Wait for GoDaddy to offer a $2 .com or something (fairly often).

Hey guys I wanted to know some stuff aswell apart from what he asked so I thought I'd ask on here, I am thinking of adding CPA lead on my site but I didn't get approved, is there anything similar to that? Or what other methods do you guys suggest? "Revenge Script"?
