English language pack on fresh install? - Swift Swim - 12-28-2010 I stupidly installed the american language pack, so the '@' sign is shift-2 instead of shift-@key. This sounds stupid, but it's reallllyyy annoying. I tried doing it via windows update and it didnt work, so I tried downloading just the installer kb and that didnt do anything - When trying to find the LP it said there wasnt one in the directory (DL Folder) I'm rather confuzzled. RE: English language pack on fresh install? - Apex - 12-29-2010 I'd say Vistalizator would be your best option on this case, since it allows you to change the display language after installation. My personal experience with this program has been already two succesfully changed languages without experiencing any kind of problems within the installation of the new language with this program. If you do not know how to use it, a tutorial can be found here: http://www.froggie.sk/screens.html I am sure this will solve your problem quite easily without hassle! Cheers, J4mmy |
