It will be up within the hour. It's a free website because theres not not much need to buy one. Will have updates soon.
Note: This site will need mods and admins.

Most likely. But it won't be used so often. You might want to see if you can get Omni to copy some tutorials and such onto there for those who use tutorials on HF to study, like I do.

It will be up 24/7. So people can use it even when it's down. So if someone is banned on HF they don't have to complain here like i have. Also, I need someone to help me clean up the site, as I'm sucking at editing form my wii lol. Apply at, Hackforumsdown.mybbnew.com
